When you join our waitlist, create an account, contact us, or sign in using Google.

Including a unique user ID, profile details, and optional profile picture.
Onboarding Information
Such as age range (not date of birth), gender, general location (country or region), golf handicap or skill level, goals, available practice time, and access to facilities or equipment.
Fitness & Training Preferences
Including height, weight, general fitness level, training preferences, and optional information about injuries or physical limitations.
ApexGolf does not provide medical advice and does not require clinical or medical health data. Any injury or limitation information is optional and used solely to adapt training recommendations.
Media Uploads
Such as profile images or golf-related images you choose to upload.
1.2 Usage and Activity Data
When you use the Services, we may collect information about your activity, including:
Training plans, workouts, and practice sessions generated for you
Completion status, progress, and feedback on drills or workouts
Golf-related activity you choose to log (such as scores or rounds)

Microsoft Clarity (Website Only)
Used on our website to understand general interaction patterns such as clicks, scrolling, and navigation behavior. Microsoft Clarity automatically anonymizes text input fields and does not capture personally identifiable information.
Any analytics used within the ApexGolf mobile application (if applicable) are limited to aggregated, non-identifying usage metrics and are not used for session replay.
Analytics data is used solely to improve the Services and is never sold.
