Delete Account
ApexGolf is published by LDBL Limited. This page explains how to delete your ApexGolf account and the data linked to it.
How to request deletion
Email support@apexgolf.app from the email address on your account, with the subject line "Delete my account". We'll delete your account and confirm by email within 30 days.
Cancel your subscription first
Deleting your account does not cancel your Google Play subscription. To cancel, open Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → ApexGolf → Cancel.
What we delete
Your account and login details
Your profile and onboarding answers
Your weekly plans, practice sessions and gym sessions
Your round prep, round debriefs, progress data and benchmarks
Your nutrition and mental game data
Your conversations with the AI coach
What we keep, and for how long
Subscription and transaction records: kept for 6 years, as required by Irish company and tax law.
Backups: deleted data may remain in encrypted backups for up to 30 days before it's permanently overwritten.
AI processing: our AI providers may keep coach conversations for up to 30 days for safety monitoring. They don't use them to train their models.
Google Play records: Google holds your payment history. We can't delete it. Contact Google to manage it.
